To retrieve data from the device, you need to do a download. Some protocols are included, while others are not. To generate a download, click on ‘new’ or select a predefined setting. Next, choose the format in which you want to view your data. It is important to select the format first before proceeding with the rest of the steps.

First, you can assign a name and then specify the time period for which you want to view your data. It is also important to select the averages you want to see. Save the settings, create the file, and then download it.

There are also advanced settings where you can configure more specific options for your file. You can include the status, coverage, min/max values, etc. You can also set the decimal separator (dot, comma, etc.). To avoid repeating the same settings every time, you can save them as default to save time in the future.

Additionally, there is an option to define how midnight is displayed (24:00, 00:00).

A final setting allows for automatic downloads, which can be scheduled to send an email at a custom interval.
